Manufacturing Franchisee is an agreement between the Franchisor and the franchisee where the franchisor grants the franchisee rights to manufacture the goods to be sold by front end franchisees. Manufacturing franchisee will get all technologies , raw material sourcing, man power training, factory setup supports, manufacturing techniques, plant and machineries selection and execution support etc. Manufacturing franchisee will produce and stock all the material required by its Zone’s Franchisee’s. Each zone will be of around 500 km radius subject to geographical conditions and govt regulations.
